Single-User Licensing & Agreement

Performance Recordings, Backing Tracks and Part-Dominant Tracks are intended for sole use by the purchaser and must not be shared or distributed/streamed in any form or via any platform such as YouTube, Google Drive, Facebook, or via other commercial and private organizational intranet sites.

Backing Tracks may be used for rehearsal, performance, and examination purposes (for sole use by the purchaser). They must not be used for any commercial gain, reproduced/streamed by any means, mass-produced, or used in any professional capacity for large media events.

Part-Dominant Tracks are for personal rehearsal purposes only. They must not be used in any performance or shared/streamed or reproduced in any form.

Multi-User Licensing & Agreement

Performance Recordings, Backing Tracks, and Part-Dominant Tracks are intended for sole use by the purchaser and performers within the purchaser’s own ensemble. They must not be shared or distributed/streamed in any form or via any platform such as YouTube, Google Drive, Facebook, and via other commercial and private organizational intranet sites outside of the immediate ensemble for which they were purchased for.

Backing Tracks may be used for rehearsal, performance, and examination purposes (for solo/ensemble used by the purchaser and performers within their own ensemble). They must not be used for any commercial gain, reproduced/streamed by any means, outside of the institution for which they were purchased.

Part-Dominant Tracks are for personal/sectional ensemble rehearsal purposes only. They must not be used in any performance or shared or reproduced/streamed in any form outside of the institution for which they were purchased.
